1. Tell us a short version of what is your business?

 We’re about people, culture and opportunities. But not the ordinary kind. Or the expected kind. The Rarekind.

 We’re a Recruitment Agency servicing the Central Coast, Hunter, Western Sydney and Brisbane. We create life-changing work experiences and find one-of-a-kind people. The kind of people who don’t just fit into culture but help create it.

 

2. How long have you been operating; how many are in your team?

We’ve been in the game for over 35 years. And while that means we’ve got a sturdy backbone and lots of experience, we’re still always progressing, evolving and making sure we’re a step ahead.

 We have over 50 people-people working in specialist fields across 4 regions to find and place the remarkable.

 

3. What are the successes and challenges of your Business?

 

We have an uncommonly good business. A gutsy brand on the road to greatness. But the success we enjoy is because of the hard work of a heap of talented, clever, inspirational people.

 We’re doers. We love a challenge. And we believe in long-term relationships and prioritise building and maintaining them above all else. 

  

4. What were the reasons you made the move to Nexus?

 

Being at Nexus means we’re right in the mix with other ambitious, like-minded businesses. It’s not just about location; it’s about being part of a vibrant community where collaboration and innovation thrive.

 We’re all about building and nurturing long-term connections, working side-by-side with our neighbours to make a positive impact on the Coast.
