The Golflinks Commercial Campus continues to grow and evolve in exciting ways. In 2018 a new Anytime Fitness building will open onsite and the 1st and second floor of the Nexus Business Hub will be available for lease. This year will also see a large dedicated Sports medicine and physio practice opening.
Servers Australia to Lease Nexus Smart Hub Building 4
Servers Australia is one of the most innovative and successful home grown technology companies in Australia. They currently operate their data centre facility from north eastern half of the Nexus Smart Hub building. The company has made a decision to consolidate operations and run everything from one location.
In line with this strategy Servers Australia will be relocating from their office in Tuggerah Business Park and will lease the Nexus Smart Hub as their new corporate headquarters. The Nexus Smart Hub building will change its name to the Servers Australia Building and they will occupy the entire premises.

Nexus members who currently occupy the Nexus Smart Hub (Building 4) will be offered space in the new Nexus Business Hub (Building 3). The architecturally designed Nexus Business Hub offers everything that the current Nexus Smart Hub has and more. The Nexus Business Hub has a 1 Gigabyte internet connection dedicated to the building, a members Gym, multiple breakout spaces, work stations, private phone booths, meeting rooms and a range of lockable offices.
When will this Occur?
